The rental rate includes:
– Bed linen, bathroom & pool towels
– End-of-stay clean
– High-speed internet
– Air conditioning in the top floor bedrooms
– Toiletries
– Utilities: water; gas; electricity
– Gas for the barbecue
– Planika fire bioethanol
– Cleaning products & detergents
How to pay
Payment can either be done via bank transfer or by credit card.
An initial payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 3 months before your arrival; or full payment if you are booking within 3 months before your holiday.
Security deposit
We ask for a refundable security deposit of €1,000. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is any major damage to the property.
Tourist tax
Tourist Tax is €1.71 per adult per night.
Cancellation
We recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover. If you cancel, we will try to re-let your period and if successful, we’ll refund your payment less any costs or loss incurred by us.
Check-in and out
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.
